Loss of automatic movements is another symptom experienced by those with Parkinson's ailments. They might be limited to performing some body tasks such as bkinkinv, smilling, swinging the arms  when walking among other things.

Last but not least, this infection changes speech. The infected people for example often speaks softly, quickly and can as well hesitate before utttering a word. This can negatively affect the person's cognitive response to an issue.

Causes

Although the immediate cause of pakinsons is unknown, several factors might play a role, including:

Genes. There are specific genetic changes associated with parkinson's disease but they seem uncommon. However, certain gene variations can relatively increase the risk of contracting this disease.

Environmental triggers. Some environmental triggers such as exposure to toxins may increase the risk  of contracting the infection. Though this is rare,you are advised to keep off this environmental harzards to avoid being victimized.

Risk factors

The disease has several risk factors which include:

Age. You can probably be a victim of pakinsons at your old age. Reasearch indicates that this disease affect people at their 60s. Though it rarely affects young adults, it is important to seek for genetic counselling if you detect the condition.

Heredity. When your close relative suffers from the infection, you might be at risk of contracting it. However,  you still have less chances of being infected unless hou have many relatives in the family suffering from the illness.

Sex. You might be unaware of this but men are more vulnerable to parkinson's complications than women. Men are therefore adviced to take precautions by embracing tips that will assist them averting the risks associated with the disease.

Exposure to toxins. Being exposed to harzadous  chemicals such as herbicides, pesticides and fungicides can increase your chances of being at risk of contracting parkinson's illness. When these chemicals are inhaled,  they affect the respiratory track. Longer exposure to these chemicals can affect you at your old age.

Prevention

Since there is no noticeable cause of parkinso's infection,  there are no proven ways to prevent it. But it is believed that regular exercise can reduce the risk of getting the disease. Moreover, taking cafeinated drinks is also believed to be a preventive measure against the disease,  but still there is no satisfactory evidence to prove this.
